Add option to range summaries to reduce output

It would be nice to have an option to day, week, and range commands such as --level to restrict the output to to the following degrees:

1. Total only
2. That, plus client totals
3. That, plus project totals.
4. That, plus task totals.
5. That, plus task notes (currently the only output option)
