Add a waiting indication when polling worker status 

Polling for worker status is the single longest blocking action within Proxima at the moment. It happens by default when queuing. There's currently no indication that it's happening, even with debug loglevels.

Thinking a spinner using Rich might be a good idea, or at least a print.
