ScrollBar hidden after dismiss modal

Got another little issue :)

Here the demo project: (https://github.com/mylittlehero/Issue22.git)

• Select a cell in the first view
• Dismiss modal viewController
• when the scrollBar in the first view flashes, it's behind the navigationBar (just a few pixels).

Wow, you must have a keen eye :D

But unfortunately, I don't have a good solution for this now.
Since adjusting scroll-indicator without touch-gesture is not easy,
this issue may take some time to solve, which might end up with a dirty view-layout hack.
