Issues collected during RIOT summit 2024 tutorial

At the summit, these exercises (Rust and C versions) were used with an audience of mixed experience, @jkarinkl tracked a few issues that were had:

• Clarify general expectations -- what should people be familiar with before they start? (Console? Language?)
• Rust02

  • Task 1:

    • add "exit task" is done through ctr + c (we're telling to cd ../02-..., after all)
    • add "reset the board"? (might be just a matter of lacking preparation, when a non-RIOT firmware was on the boards before -- still, good to have)

  • Task 2

    • "the application" ==> write down that this should be in lib.rs (not clear for a beginner)
    • The sleep lengths were inconsistent between text and comments
