Ctrl+Win shortcut doesn't work.

"Report issue" and "Star on Github" don't work (nothing happens on click).

This is on a completely new PC.

You can open File Explorer, paste %USERPROFILE%.VoiceFlow\logs in the address bar, and attach the
voiceflow.log file here.

Also, a few questions:

1. Does the app start and show in the system tray?
2. What Windows version are you on?
3. Are you running the app as administrator?

Same problem here.
I have a setup with two screens, and the popup doesn't appear on either of them.

• The application is displayed in the system tray.
• I have Windows 11 Pro 25H2.

Thanks for the detailed report! I don't have a dual monitor setup so couldn't reproduce this on my end. Will look into it and fix as soon as possible - we'll iron out these edge cases.

There have been no changes in version 1.2.0.

It appears that the models are not downloading. Is there a way to check the model download history or display it in the log?

PS: Could you implement key exchanges? There may be another application that is causing problems with that key combination.

Thanks for the follow-up! Sorry about the download issue - try a smaller model like Tiny to see if that works. I'm actively looking into the model download problems.
As for custom hotkeys - good news, that's been added in v1.2.0! Go to Settings, scroll down, and you can customize the hotkeys there. Should help avoid conflicts with other apps.

The application is blocked on that message. For some reason I don't know, the previous version managed to download the models.

Instead of blocking the application, you could give the option to download the models from a website and the directory where to save them.

That's interesting, apologies for the inconvenience. The progress bar is actually new - previously the model would download but users didn't know when, and some ended up closing the app thinking it wasn't working.
Could you try deleting your .cache/hub folder for the Whisper models and retry? Also if you could share your logs like the user above, that would help pinpoint the issue.
I double-checked on my end and model downloads are working with tests passing.

Thanks for the logs. Fixed this in v1.2.2: https://github.com/infiniV/VoiceFlow/releases/tag/v1.2.2
I've manually verified model downloads multiple times and checked logs on my end. Even if downloads still fail for some reason, you'll now get a link to manually download the model from Hugging Face. Hope that helps!

this thing is annoying tbh. i can click it and resize like window and it just sits there and i cant click behind it

and there's some glitch when i move focused window over the voiceflow, it starts blinking

and when you start app multiple times, it runs multiple task bar icons, and sometimes stops responding on "Open Dashboard" "Settings" (sometimes without even multiple apps running)

tbh it still didnt download for me, it gets stuck on download, but i manually downloaded from HF binaries (all other files were already there in snapshot folder) and it works for me

Yes, I am working on this. The progress is super tricky to handle. The stuck ones aren't actually stuck. Just the progress bar gets stuck. I'll fix it.
