Please try to ensure it refers to the repo/project by either its ID or current name and also make sure that any issue or discussion reference is in the title inside square brackets. Followed by (if you feel like it) any more context. Basically something like this: Reponame [issue#12345] - Blah or Projectname [discussion#12345] - BlahDiBlahBlah

Content

Please try to ensure that your content begins with the below table, and this will allow me to easily get context from what you're saying.
