SEV shuts down Matlab while using Plot Data

I mark an event, right click and Plot Data to see the signal during the event. If I close the plot window by clicking the cross, Matlab sends an error message that I need to shut down Matlab and restart the program. I can reject shutting down but after a couple of minutes, Matlab suddenly shuts down.
