Support for other machines via USB (FDF FluidRower)? #72

I'm looking for a solution to add ANT+ support to a First Degree Fitness FluidRower Neon Plus, that only supports USB, but also works with EXR etc.
Would it be difficult to adapt the S4 connection USB mode to support a rower with such a basic USB interface?
Describe alternatives you've considered
I was looking at stefanjenkner/fdf-console-recorder and laberning/openrowingmonitor. But there's no support to broadcast the data via ANT+ unfortunately.
