Description
Clicking on a dot can leave it ambiguous what actually opened because:
(a) the triangular pointer on the left side of the box does not align with the box that it clicked (does not seem to happen when really zoomed in, but does happen when at default scale); and
(b) when dots overlap, it is not clear which dot was actually selected for opening.
Solution to (a) seems obvious, but suggestions for (b):
- Change color of selected dot while the box remains open
- Use different box borders depending on whether the dots is in set of 6, 86, or 1315.,
- Fish-eye / separate overlapping dots when mousing over them.
