add QR code input method

In addition to virtual keyboards, I would like to request adding support for scanning barcodes/QR codes with the Android device camera and input the text contained within the code as keystrokes as if they were being typed manually.

You should be able to repurpose some of the code in this project to accomplish this https://github.com/markusfisch/BinaryEye
