Fix handling of stimFreeze on no-go trials

No-go trials do not enter into the stimFreeze state but this not considered in the qc metrics and so these trials always fail.

Affected qc metrics:

• check_n_trial_events
• check_stimFreeze_delays
• check_response_stimFreeze_delays
