I suggest we start looking for local speakers with timely topics early:

Suggestion from Vittorio Bertola: FYI, the Austrian government just announced the introduction of a bill for mandatory age verification of social media users and a minimum age of 14 for using them ( https://www.krone.at/4090822 ). Definitely it won't be finalized in time for our Vienna meeting, but since we're going there, it might be a topic to continue the discussion.
