bug: configs not appearing in editor when configs folder is source controlled

First just a shout out to you all for making the most awesome MIDI controller experience I've ever had. Seriously, I've been using MIDI controllers for 20 years and this is the TOPS. I'm straight up making dreams come true with these modules.

Describe the bug

Configs are missing in the configs view when the ~/Documents/grid-userdata/configs folder is a git repository.

To Reproduce

Assuming you have numerous configs in your userdata folder, make the configs folder a git repo, restart the editor, notice missing configs. If you then delete the .git folder and reload the editor, your configs will show up again.

Expected behavior

Source controlling the configs folder shouldn't impact what configs show up

Environment (please complete the following information):

• OS: macOS 15.7.1
• Editor version: macOS app 1.6.2
