bug: initial midi config race condition

When EN16 device is plugged in to USB and Control Surface is configured to control parameters (e.g., device or volume), Ableton sends Control Surface state update with parameter values as MIDI messages. However not all of these MIDI messages are processed by the Grid device. It seems to me that it takes some time to set up midirx_cb handler, and while it's not set, messages are skipped.

Interesting, and honestly very possible since when the device boots it configures the USB interface quite early on before loading the user's configuration or starting the LUA VM at all.
