No callbacks for clock pulses or transports

I'm surprised, the midirx_cb does not receive MIDI clock pulses or transport commands, however SPP messages work

I'm would be using that for receiving clock from a master clock to track bar and step progression.

I've mapped clock and transport signals to CC bits and that could just work like that without it 🙃

The behavior of midirx changes since moving away from the MIDIRX event based implementation. Now different message types (channel voice messages, sysex messages, RTM) are collected in separate queues but currently only channel voice and sysex can actually trigger callbacks.

The song position pointer is most likely incorrectly categorized as channel voice message and that may be the reason for those showing up... I will look into adding support for more callback types!
