Cannot enter bootloader mode for firmware upgrade #42
Description
Hello, I bought the early version of KNOT and realize that many firmware updates happening and I tried to boot into bootloader mode by pressing the mode button while connecting the USB-C to my Mac (also tried with windows), but it doesn't seems to be booting to bootloader mode (3 green LED), only a short flashing 3 purple LED and then on Windows it's has USB connect notification sound, but nothing else happening.
Is my older model support firmware update using this mode or is there any other tools that I can use to flash the firmware?
