E-mails sent to board are not being sent to telegram

first of all thank you for this fantastic framework, it looks really solid and will certainly allow me to create my own integrations.

The trello bot one sadly does not notify of email forwarded trello cards tho, is this feature plannend or could you point me in the direction so i can propose a PR?
