Handling of 'touchstart' input event was delayed #929

Hello guys,
I have a problem after update android system webview.
if I touch a checbox i have a message
"Handling of 'touchstart' input event was delayed for 1479738800561 ms due to main thread being busy. Consider marking event handler as 'passive' to make the page more responsive. in appframework.ui.min.js:12".
