Design is missing.

In current portal it is accessed by clicking at the username and looks like this:

• user has an option to set registrars billing email and IBAN number for e-invoicing
• if user is associated with multiple registrars they can switch to different registrar here
• Auto-balancing options to set low credit limit and the amount for automatically generated invoice
