UI changes proposed in meeting at 2nd of December 2019:
*move text links "tühista", "maksa", "lae alla" and "Edasta e-postile" to column headers and leave only icons in the columns to clean up the view

Filter options:
* invoice nr
* invoice date range
* due date range
* status (paid, unpaid, cancelled)
