Invalid folder listing (also on webUI)

I came across the following upload-file error:

Interestingly, record 1 and 3 appear to be exactly identical! The record for the "existing" file is not listed.

How can this situation be resolved?

I tested this again with

❯ internxt --version
@internxt/cli/1.5.5 linux-x64 node-v24.5.0

and the problem persists.
