Missing logs permission while creating stack

Hi. I was interested in setting up a wiki that I might use occasionally so I didn't want to use a server. You are probably the only person creating something like this :)

I tried a quick fork and ran the command for creating the stack and I got the following error. Most likely I am doing something wrong, but since there is no way to message you on Github, I am opening an issue.

CREATE_FAILED	AWS::ApiGateway::Stage	RestStage	CloudWatch Logs role ARN must be set in account settings to enable logging

Ideas?

2 things.

1. You are WAY early. I just started working on this project, so it is no where near functional. It is good to know there is interest in something like this.
2. There is an integration between API Gateway and CloudWatch that must be setup once in your account. Basically, it is setting up an IAM Role for API Gateway so that it can log into your CoudWatch streams. Go https://console.aws.amazon.com/apigateway/home?region=us-east-1#/settings (assuming you are in us-east-1). I don't remember if I had to manually create something, or if the console walked me through creating the role, but at least that is a start.

This cloudformation isn't going to create a complete solution, however. The lambda function is currently a shell. I created the repo because someone said they wanted to help me out with the development.

Thanks ! 1. I am ok with being way early. I like the concept and even if it means that even the first tests are months away, I would like to follow along. If it turns out that I can, I would also like to contribute / participate. 2. I think I have done that, but I'll look around. I may have set it up for a different region.
