add modifier .o-media--top

Hi,

i think when $iota-objs-media-aligned is set true, it would be nice to have another modifier .o-media--top, which adds vertical-align: top.

I'm currently using Chrome 67, and because of display: table-cell, there is a weird top offset at my fluid content. Otherwise, vertical-align: top could also be default
