Have full objects in ChangedObject instead of `ObjectIn`/`ObjectOut`

ChangedObject is used in the TransactionEffectsV1, not sure if all information for crate::Object is available, maybe only ObjectData can be used?

There are two different kind of transactions effects, on from BCS bytes we currently return and for the others one can specify in what one is interested using graphql like the example below. We don't want to bloat the request/response for all requests just because of some specific use cases, so one should do manual requests with the fields one needs
