Crate by Crate incrementality

Problem
Current realisation of increment builds is a tar archive with target folder inside. Because of monolithic structure of increment, changing one dependency leads to rebuilding project all together.

Describe the solution you'd like
Instead of packing all dependencies, they should be built independently, and out would be linked into target folder. This should bring real incremental builds

Yes checkout #213 for a previous discussion. Until cargo stabilizes outputting a build graph and Nix stabilizes dynamic derivations I don't plan on implementing per-crate caching. In the mean time feel free to checkout crate2nix/cargo2nix
