Updated Bokeh Example Notebook

Bokeh Example was not functional with Bokeh => 0.8.2, made some changes
to the ipynb for the example so that it is functional with bokeh 0.9.0
(should work with 0.8.2 as well)

Tested on Win8.1 x64 - python 3.4.1 - ipython 3.1 - bokeh 0.9.0
