JADE does not warn the user when a connection between nodes belonging to different clusters is made.

When this happens, saving the file is allowed but the loader will then break when attempting to load the previously exported file. One way to sort this is to manually move the links and nodes in the XML file. A future functionality will prevent the user from extending such inter-cluster connections.
