Create basic teacher's guide?

Should we create a brief teacher's guide page to explain order of operations within sections and provide overview of the resources?

For example, it took me a minute (or two or three) to realize that the basics/README.md likely needs to be worked through all the way to bottom, and then the follow-up exercise is the basics/basics_notebook.ipynb, which in turn has a completed version in the completed/ directory.

At least I think that's the case...

Anyhow, could be helpful to do a quick braindump providing an overview of the resources and order of ops to streamline onboarding for instructors.
