Grass and flower rendering when using Player Preview

It seems that grass and flower rendering breaks when EvergreenHUD's Player Preview feature is used with Canalex's wings mod. Here's a video showing the bug: https://streamable.com/8opw74

Do you have any other mods like Patcher or Optifine?

Sorry for the late response, the bug exists with both. The video is me using only the wings mod and evergreen, but the bug can be replicated when using patcher and optifine as well.
