Need for Speed - Carbon - Own the City (USA) crashes before reaching the title screen

When using the latest nightly build and booting the ISO for Need for Speed - Carbon - Own the City (USA), the game crashes with a C1-2858-3 error at the PSA screen right before reaching the title screen.

This occurs with all the ISO drivers available in the build. The issue does not occur when using the same dump on TheOfficialFloW/Adrenaline or on a PSP-3000 running the latest version of ARK-4.

No, I disabled all of them and ran the test with the vanilla settings after a clean install.
