Can elevation be included in GOFF, GUNW, ROFF, and RUNW

Can elevation be included with the product within the gird directory

1. We need the elevations to determine slope parallel flow so that displacements can be converted into map coordinates.
2. Geolocation grid can not be used in the radar coordinate products without elevation and determining that elevation is non-trivial

Users can work with geocoded products but they will still need to download and resample the DEM to translate slant-range and line-of-sight displacements into map projected coordinates. Having the DEM internal to the product would make this easier for users to implement.
