Upgrade isign to python3 #22

Hello @neilk nice to see that you have taken this project up once again.
Any plans to update this for python3 compatibility?
We made a port which runs in Python3 at https://github.com/appknox/isign but again it is a little bit Messy. Also we figured if you can update the https://github.com/appknox/isign/blob/master/isign/macho_cs.py to use the latest construct library it would be more performant.
