Make continuous integration tests pass #6
Description
Fix or throw out failing tests.
Generally we should fix tests, but a few might be candidates for throwing out. For instance; the multisign feature appears to currently be broken. This was not a particularly well-used feature, so consider dropping the feature and the test.
