Full Screen Resolution displayed incorrectly.

Doubt i'll get help tbh, looks like this project has been abandoned.
In full screen using any of the emulation types, It will always show a black bar and push everything up, basically making the top part out of frame for me to see. Thank you.

I found a comment on youtube that got it working for me, it said it worked for win 11 but i'm on 10 and it also worked

Edit: So you actually change the direct3d device INSIDE the Rebuilder menu. Not the config.exe in the folder. I switched from Ramp to RGB and everything looks good!

in rebuilder switch Run in Full Screen to "False"
switch "Allow Multiple Instances to "True"

That should get it running. I'm in the middle of this and am going to try rgb to see if it gets rid of the purple which some said works.

You can play in 4:3 full screen. Why would you wanna play on windowed? it looks super tiny on a giant monitor. /: the issue is that the 4:3 fullscreen is being cut by the top by a black bar on the bottom of a screen. /:

This isn't streched 16:9. and in windowed looks so tiny on my monitor.
