With Flip Video Memory Pages mouse position is incorrect

Hi,
the option Flip Video Memory Pages is needed by some older video cards.
With original configurator it works fine, but with Rebuilder the mouse position is incorrect.
So that means i have to click ingame above an button to hit it.
With the Draw Cursor option, it can be seen that the Windows GDI cursor is above the Lego Island cursor.

What i also noticed is, that with Flip Video Memory Pages enabled it's fullscreen.
But without Flip Video Memory Pages there is a black bar on the bottom (22px) and on the right side (3px).

Secondly with enabled it, the clicking issue seems to be fixed what was reported here:
