How to add this to an existing leaflet map.

I have an existing map You can download it here

I dont know how i can possibly make a fiddle with so many files and the map folder so i can only leave a download link.

How can i add this plugin to this project folder? I want this map tiled the way it is but have more control over the layers, etc. Im having a lot of trouble installing the plugin into this existing project.
