Add new column 'uniprotId' to 'Structure' table

We need a new column 'uniprotId' added to the 'Structure' table (see ispyb/EXI#529).

We don't use that table at Diamond. However, I think we'd be interested in recording Uniprot IDs as well, but we'd probably want to use the Protein table. Any chance you would want to use Protein instead?
