Add a homeLab cloumn in the Shipping and Crystal tables

As requested by @ejd53 in ispyb/py-ispyb#186 we should consider adding something like a column homeLabURL varchar(250) in both the Shipping and in the Crystal tables.

This allows the ISPyB web application to have clickable links that the user can use to find these entities back in their home lab.
