Error when trying to insert a formula

When creating formulas this problem occurs:

For reference, I used to get this warning when starting Ai:

After restarting the computer and manually specifying the path to ghostscript in the latex2Ai options, the problem did not recur.
(I still get a popup when I reboot the computer and do not specify the path yet)

@Kinddle-tick thanks for reporting this. You correctly identified that something with the ghost script path is going wrong, because LaTeX2AI can't find the path. Could you please post the path to your ghost script executable?

Another strange thing, after you change the Ghostscript path in the settings, it should don't be needed to set it again. The options are stored in the file C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\LaTeX2AI\LaTeX2AI_application_data.xml. Could you post the contents of that file before you open Illustrator and after?

@Zemax64 LaTeX2AI looks in some common paths where Ghostscript could be installed. If if does not find it automatically, you can specify the path to the Ghostscript executable in the LaTeX2AI options.
