Make partition layout suitable for growpart

Right now the installer makes typical partitioning layout (/boot, swap and root partition with ext3 filesystem). For purposes of openstack virtualization (using resizing tools like growpart) the recommended partition layout is only one partition (big partition).

Also we have to change the filesystem to ext4.
