Add deployed_by

Add possibility to show who (logged in Statamic user) who started the deploy.

Maybe just add "by {username}" in the end to the comment?

Was thinking about this as well, but should it be automatically injected after clicking deploy, or should it just be prefilled in the comments field so it can be removed?

It could also be a checkbox maybe?

Have talked with someone at Buddy about the possibility to provide the data some other way than in a comment, like a meta object in the request

And they passed it forward to the team, so guess it's worth waiting a bit with this to see if a better solution comes up.

Currently no luck getting anything into Buddy that would be able to set a custom user. But I was thinking if we instead of adding something like "by danielbrodin" in the comment, we would always autoinject something like "[user:1:danielbrodin]" at the end, which we could remove from the comment, and then show in some way in the UI.

Was thinking user as what to parse, 1 being the id and danielbrodin being a backup name if the user isn't found.
