Existing .stestr directory inside container causes ostestr to fail

After initial login into container according to readme page I tried to run a test with ostestr and it failed to run complaining on missing temps.dbm file.
Workaround: delete existing .stestr directory in tempest root and run test again.
Result: Test runs.

BTW, readme page contains a typo in the following line "ostesr -l" . It should be "ostestr -l"
