Parallax manual layer coloring not working

When I click on my preset the parallax that i made is only red. it only turns back to the colors I set them to when I uncheck and recheck the box. the pictures attached are a visual representation of the issue.

Hi I have been working on this for the past few days, I will upload the fix in the next update which will also include a new feature and a change in the weather API thing!
