Provide good log implementation

Add log writes on logical places based on the log level. Give also possibility to inject a \Zend\Log\Logger from the BaseAPI to the request

Think about registering an error handler with different exception strategies.
Otherwise it will end up in redundant exception catch and logging code across the whole API.

The handler should re-send the exceptions to provide a user-land catching
