Enable actions on dataTypes

Implement a way to do stuff like that:

$issue->monitorGetIssueDetails();
$eventsGroup->studioStartProfile();
$eventsGroup->studioStartDebug();

Inject a fully configured request object if needed. Build in BaseApi and inject into the datatype if needed.
If more than one action should be performed per datatype, the pluginmanager should be injected to the userland datatype and configure request lazy if needed
