Need access to authenticated OpenShiftClient

Need access to authenticated OpenShiftClient in the build script to execute custom commands.

@SteFletcher is this for creating resources or do you have a more query based need in mind?

It would be useful for simple debug and status checks e.g. listing all build configurations currently on the app.

Also would be useful to query and produce detailed error messages when something is wrong. If we have an authentication error pulling an image during a build or a deployment i would like to check if secrets were configured on that build configuration.
