Description

Curl Command does not get latest version

Steps to reproduce

1. Install the curl command from the readme
2. try an ix command
3. Ix upgrade is needed.

Expected behavior

initiall install should be pulling latest version always.

Actual behavior

Ix upgrade is needed after initial pulling of the project.
