Downvotes should require a comment #14
Description
When downvoting anything on Readify, it should require a comment, presumably so someone has to explain why they downvoted something. People can "upvote" this comment to show they agree with it. People should also be able to downvote a downvote and that to requires a comment (recursive relationship here). The hope is this would force people to explain why they disagree with someone and foster communication.
