Support more than just disabling vibration

Using appops under the hood means we can control pretty much every permission the system has. It would be good to support at least other common permissions. This will involve making the current vibration controller generic, and redesigning the UI to be more than a list of checkboxes. We'll also probably need a permission manager for setting the perms, rather than just calling the vibration controller in the repository.
