API art for artist/ titles with "_"

Hi,
I noticed recently tht some radios stream artist or track names with "_" (ex. Black_Sabbath) and the API does not work for such text. Could it be worked around?

To make it more complex, some stations started to display some artists as "Chris Cornell [+] Soundgarden". There is literally "[+]".

The "_" problem is resolved.
The "[+]" seems to be more complicated. If the radio sends ex. "Chris Cornell [+] Soundgarden" and newest version gets rid of [+] the API still does not find anything because thers is no artist named "Chris Cornell Soundgarden". It would probably find something for Chris Cornell and for Soundgarden but not for non-exixting entity.
I saw "Motorhead [+] Osbourne Ozzy" (or Osbourne, Ozzy) today. Nothing was displayed because API was most probably "fooled" by such exotic naming. Those radios seem to develop more and more obstacles:).
